The trademark was conceived due to the cantilever bracket that supports the worktop – a fine stem that suspends the work surface giving it a minimalist floating appearance, similar to a lily pad.  Workstations, like waterborne lily pads attract clusters hence the variation “lilypod”.  The theme is developed to enhance our commitment to the systems environmental qualities.
